About Jack’s Gourmet Kosher:
The company was founded in 2011 in a small kitchen in Brooklyn, New York. The line includes authentic New York Style corned beef, pastrami, assorted ethnic sausages, and their newest products, Facon, Spicy Italian Style Salami, and Spicy Southwestern Style Sausage. All beef products are gluten free, using only quality meats and seasonings, without artificial ingredients, fillers, by-products or MSG.
