Turkey Chops with Corn Bread Stuffing – A delicious recipe that your guests will "gobble" down!

Ingredients:

8  turkey chops
Salt, pepper
Fresh garlic, crushed
Olive oil
Easy Corn-Bread Stuffing

Directions:

Prepare Easy Corn-Bread Stuffing recipe

Combine salt, black pepper, fresh crushed garlic and olive oil. Rub both sides of turkey chops with mixture.

Let marinate in refrigerator for about an hour.

Sauté chops in a preheated heavy saucepan over high heat for about 4 minutes per side (depending on thickness) or until nicely browned. Turkey chops are done when well browned and no longer pink inside.

Serve each warm turkey chop atop a mound of corn bread stuffing…
